PASTOR WILLIE DIGGS, LBSW, MSW
Willie Diggs is a Pastor, Educator, Mentor and a Leading Voice for global community influencers in the realm of academia, professionalism, and spirituality. Known for his passion to captivate individuals through small talk, he uses mentorship dialogue, workshops and books to help individuals discover the path to success and prosperity. As a higher education instructor, and community pastor, Willie has helped many achieve success in both ministry and marketplace, impact the communities they serve and rise to become conduits of change in the world.
HIS STORY
Willie is a native of Brundidge, Alabama. He currently serves as the Campus Pastor of The Beacon Butler Campus in Huntsville Alabama, the first community church planted under Superintendent Anthony Wheeler of Beacon Hill Worship Center in Madison, Alabama. Sharing a strong passion and a burden to see individuals come to a life-altering encounter with the one who gave them life, Pastor Willie continues to spend countless hours mentoring and coaching students to become who God has called them to be.
Known for his creative approach to teaching, he continues to captivate students by drawing them into the scriptures and assisting them with a life dialogue of learning about the Creator. Having worked with several populations, age groups, and cultures in the social service realm, he and his wife share a strong passion for educating the community and helping people deal with the many social issues that are plaguing our world. He is a preacher, motivational speaker, spiritual life coach, teacher, writer, and friend to many. In October of 2016 Willie published his first book "Challenge21" where he takes readers on a journey of discovering the power of the scriptures. He has since authored an additional six books all geared toward helping individuals become the best versions of themselves.
Willie is a Licensed Elder through the Church of God in Christ. He was educated at Jacksonville State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work Degree and a 2010 graduate from Alabama A&M where he received a Masters of Social Work Degree. He is a workshop speaker, parent educator, and resource builder in his community. He is the founder of Come Thirsty Ministries, Inc., which is a non-profit organization that develops Christ-centered programs to assist people with changing their lives and the world. The programs include Focus on the Future Mentor Program, Restore Me Community Health Fair, God’s Girls Rock Program, and Come Thirsty Kids Program.

He was born to the late Staff Sgt. Willie F. Diggs and Carolyn Diggs of Brundidge, Alabama. He is a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. and the 100 Black Men of America. He is married to his loving wife Shataun Diggs and is the father of 3 young boys.
